Full service

The process includes mood boards to floor plans and budget outline, to sourcing furniture and finishes, to the nitty gritty of placing and tracking all orders, site visits and contractor liaising. This service is broken down to clear design stages (RIBA plan of Work, as project process reference) and each stage can be selected as a service offering. The Design Process
Each project has a clear design process and broken down to stages that ensures a clear smooth journey to a successful completed project.
Brief
The project goal ‘Home Concept Visions & Brief, timeline and initial budget are set for the project.
2. Concept & Spatial Design
Phase 1 of the project: Putting together an overall vision and concept design for your home - the feel and look. Exploring and developing various layout options.
3. Detail & Design
Refinement of the designs. and preparing for the necessary drawings, furniture & fittings and finishes specification for tendering & ordering.
4. Renovation
Renovation phase and most of the design work is complete. Site visits, contractor liasing and ff&e deliveries, when needed.
5. Completion
Post renovation, ,adding the finishing touches to the spaces from wall art to soft furnishing.
